The stovetop burners and under the bed were quite dirty, and I found another guest's underwear left in the bathroom, which was very off-putting. The elevator seemed unreliable, not working consistently, which was inconvenient given my room was on a higher floor. Despite these issues with cleanliness and maintenance, the positive interactions with the friendly staff made my stay more enjoyable. I believe the management needs to improve their cleaning routine and address maintenance problems. Overall, this hotel had its high points but also some serious areas for improvement.

i stayed at extended stay america select suites for 25 nights. the location is really convenient, just minutes from shopping. my standard queen room felt more like a cozy studio apartment with a full-sized fridge and stove. the laundry facilities were a big plus. the staff was super helpful, especially one standout manager who was always ready to assist.
